Terms of Use

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the optional "Rooms" mode of POINT (PUNTO in Spanish). The scoreboard without an account is not subject to them; its data handling is explained in the privacy policy. By creating an account or entering Rooms as a guest you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Accounts

• You must be 16 or over.
• You may sign in with Sign in with Apple or as a guest (anonymous account). A guest may lose access if they uninstall the app or erase its data; if they later register with Apple, they can claim their matches.
• You are responsible for your device and your Apple account. One person, one account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app. Your account and data are removed and Sign in with Apple access is revoked; copies other people hold on their devices cannot be deleted from the app (see the privacy policy).

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

1. use names, nicknames, clubs or guest names that are offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit or impersonate someone else, or include other people's personal data;
2. harass, threaten or insult other players;
3. add someone as a guest without their knowledge under a name that identifies them harmfully;
4. fraudulently alter results or abuse scoring and room-management permissions;
5. try to access other people's rooms or data, automate the service, bypass App Check, limits or access rules, or overload the service;
6. use Rooms for unlawful purposes or for commercial purposes without our written permission.

4. User content

• Your content is your names, nicknames, clubs, the names of the guests you add and the results you record. It remains yours.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, free licence only to host it and show it to the room's participants and, if you choose, on cards and result pages you share, and only while you use the service.
• You warrant that you have the right to include it, especially other people's names.
• In this version, profile photos, messages and comments are not supported.

5. Room permissions

The room creator assigns permissions (score, undo, pause or finish, line-up, invite, remove). Whoever scores is responsible for the accuracy of the scoreboard. Room scores are unofficial and are not evidence for federations or organisers.

6. Moderation, reports and blocks

• You can report and block from the app, or write to info@einitia.com.
• We may hide or remove content, remove someone from a room or suspend accounts that breach these terms.
• If we take action against your name or content, we will tell you in the app (in My profile, with the action, the reason and the date), and you may appeal by writing to info@einitia.com; we will review the appeal and reply. Because we do not ask for your email, we cannot write to you: if your account is suspended you will not be able to sign in to the app, but you can write to us with your account code (or the name you used) and we will explain the action and the reason. We do not email reporters either.
• Response targets: first reply within 24 hours for serious content (threats, sexually explicit content, minors) and 72 hours for offensive names or impersonation. These are targets, not guarantees.

7. Termination

You may stop using Rooms and delete your account whenever you wish. We may suspend or close your account or the service for serious breach of these terms, security risk, or if we stop providing Rooms, with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Availability and changes

Rooms is optional and free in this version. It may be interrupted (maintenance, cost limits, no connection) or change. The local scoreboard always works, without Rooms and offline. If we ever add paid features we will announce them first and charge nothing without your explicit action.

9. Warranties and liability

We provide Rooms with reasonable care, but it is a leisure service and may contain errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of scores or room data unless caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing here limits or excludes liability for wilful misconduct, for personal injury or anything the law does not allow to be limited, nor the rights consumer law gives you as a consumer (including conformity of digital content or services).

10. Intellectual property

The app, its name, artwork and code belong to Einitia Internet Solutions S.L. or its licensors. These terms grant you no rights over them other than personal use of the app.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live. Otherwise the courts of Zaragoza have jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to info@einitia.com: we will try to resolve it.

12. Apple

Rooms is distributed through the App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the service or its maintenance or support, except as set out in Apple's standard licence agreement.

13. Changes to the terms

If we change them materially, we will notify you in the app before they apply and update the version and date. If you disagree, you can delete your account.
